第31题答案：social
对应原文： this includes its physical location, obviously, but it also includes the social meaning of the building
答案解析：考察并列关系。最近几年来，雅思听力在说完一个并列元素之后往往会加入一小句话或者一个短语进行说明，然后再说第二个并列元素，稍加注意即可。
第32题答案：factory
对应原文： The location chosen was a site in a run-down district that has been ignored in previous redevelopment plans. It was occupied by a factory that had been empty for some years.
答案解析：这道题的难点在于定位词与答案相距太远。部分同学可能会将district当成答案填了上去，但它跟前面的site并不能构成语义通顺的短语，因此排除。而空前词disused则与录音中的empty同义替换，由此锁定答案。
第33题答案：canal
对应原文：but it was only one kilometre from the ring road. The site itself was bordered to the north by a canal which had once been used by boats bringing in raw materials when the area was used for manufacturing
答案解析：这道题的难点有两个，一是不少同学都不熟悉canal这个单词，尤其是它的发音。二是前面ring road的干扰太过强烈。only on ekilometre很容易让人误以为是beside的同义替换。但仔细对比之后发现Bordered（接壤，相邻）确实要比1公里近一些。
第34题答案：bridge
对应原文：As people approach the entrance, they therefore have to cross over a bridge
答案解析：听到approach意识到答案即将到来，by与cross over同义替换，由此确定答案为bridge。一些同学可能会将前面的water误以为是答案，但一方面说到water的时候还没有提到任何题干中的词汇，另一方面water填上去语义也不合适，因此排除。
第35题答案：box
对应原文：the initial impression he wanted to create from the shape of the building as a whole was that of a box
答案解析：这道题没有什么难度，基本属于送分题。空前词shape没有任何变化，听到之后很容易锁定box。
第36题答案：screen
对应原文：At night-time, projectors are switched on and it functions as a huge screen, onto which images are projected
答案解析：这道题的难点在于距离上一题和定位词都太过遥远，不过只要有耐心，一句句停下来，筛选每个重读单词，应该不难发现screen。

答案解析：听到floors意识到答案即将到来，made与constructed from同义替换，由此确定rubber为答案，注意拼写即可。

答案解析：没有什么难度，属于送分题，注意不要因为一时兴奋写成local就好。
