Describe a person who made you laugh happily when you were a child
Describe a film or TV program that made you laugh
Describe a person who made you laugh happily when you were a child
You should say:
Who this person is
What this person did to make you laugh
Why this person made you laugh
And how you felt about it
I want to say something about Chen Peisi, who was a very famous Chinese comic actor and really made me laugh to tears while I was a kid.
Chen was a skinhead with a kind of happy face, and a long mustache, which made me feel a little bit weird at first sight. I wasn’t aware of this actor until I saw a comedy acted by him during my elementary school life. I couldn’t remember the name of that movie, but it was pretty funny.
I clearly remember there was a scene where he got a newly bought Simmons mattress with a quite reasonable price. He was like on top of the world as he felt like he got a great bargain. However, this mattress was actually a fake one, and he didn’t know that until one night he lied on the bed, and was penetrated by a long protruding spring. This article is from Laokaoya website. He was immediately sent to the hospital. You know what, this horrible thing happened again when he took his second mattress.
Well, one of the reasons I think why Chen made me laugh was that his facial expression was so exaggerating. When unpleasant things happened, he often responded in a funny way. You know, I feel like if Charlie Chaplin is the King of comedies in the west, then Chen Peisi is definitely the one in the east.
