剑桥雅思8听力第三套题目第二部分由6道笔记填空和4道表格填空构成。虽然题材上比较贴近目前听力考试Section2的内容，但题型上相差较大。大家做完之后以音频为主进行复习即可。

第11题答案：classical music/(classical/music) concerts

对应原文：Now, if you don’t already know it yourself, I’m sure you’ve all heard of it. It’s famous throughout the world as one of the major venues for classical music 

答案解析：这道题考察famous与well known的同义替换。虽然famous与classical music之间还隔了几个单词，但他们填在空上并不合适，因此还是比较容易锁定答案的。

第12题答案：bookshop/bookstore

对应原文： art galleries and a wonderful public library, as well as service facilities including three restaurants and a bookshop

答案解析：几乎相当于是送分题，直接按照文章来自老烤鸭雅思并列顺序将答案说了出来。唯一需要注意的是bookshop要合起来写，不能分开。

第13题答案：planned

对应原文：Of course, it took a while for such a big project to get started, but it was planned in the 60s

答案解析：题目采用语序颠倒的手法，将原本位于空前的1960s这一提示词放在了答案之后，而且还没有说全。再加上语速较快，特别容易反应不过来。除了凭借扎实的基本功回忆之外，我们也可以在听之前根据场景琢磨琢磨空上大体填什么内容，这样能够有效降低难度。

第14题答案：1983/(the) 1980s

对应原文：built in the 70s and eventually opened to the public in 1983

答案解析：这道题有两个难点。一是离13题太近，很容易还在思考13题填什么，14题就过去了。二是1983之间存在连读，容易听成1993.

第15题答案：City Council

对应原文：It is not privately owned, like many arts centres, but is still in public hands – it’s run by the City Council

答案解析：考察run与manage的同义替换。council一次在雅思听力中经常出现，常见的搭配除了city council之外，还有local council等。

第16题答案：363

对应原文： as the Centre is open 363 days of the year, there are plenty of performances to choose from.

答案解析：单纯的考察数字，只要多加练习就没有什么太大难度。

第17题答案：(the) Garden Hall

对应原文：probably the most popular of all Mozart’s operas. It’s in the Garden Hall

答案解析：听到Mozar’s operas意识到答案即将到来，in提示后面跟的是地点。不过hall因为本身发音的问题，可能会不太好识别一些。

第18题答案：Three Lives

对应原文：you might like to see the new Canadian film which is showing on Wednesday evening at 8 pm in Cinema 2. And that’s called Three Lives 

答案解析：这道题涉及到听力中的一点小技巧。一般而言，如果听力中问到name, type和event的话，录音中的答案都会出现在called后面，大家可以根据这一点来定位。

第19题答案：4.50

对应原文：It’s had fantastic reviews and tickets cost just ￡4.50

答案解析：直接考察数字，没有设置任何干扰项。只需要能够区分十几和几十即可。

第20题答案：Faces of China

对应原文：It s a collection of Chinese Art called ‘Faces of China’

答案解析：跟18题的考察套路相似，利用called定位即可。一些同学可能会写成Chinese Art。但它一方面不算是名称，没办法加引号；另一方面art跟题干有重复，因此排除。
