Well, as far as I know, customers have complained about products and services in nearly all sectors. For example, if you log onto the hotel booking websites, you will constantly see negatives reviews and direct complain about the bad services some hotels provide. Also, this article is from Laokaoya website, in the new industry especially service-oriented sector like food delivery service, complains about food guys’ late arrivals are quite easy to see, which I feel so sad about. You know those delivery men are not easy, they’ve sacrificed their time and effort and even safety but only got a limited amount of honorarium. We should’ve understood them more and gave them our respect.
就我目前所知道的情况，消费者计划在各个行业都抱怨过产品或者服务。比如，如果你登录酒店预订网站，你就会看到很多关于酒店糟糕服务的直接评论。另外，在一些新兴产业尤其是服务行业比方说送外卖服务,关于送餐晚点的抱怨随处可见，我感到很无奈。这些送外卖的人们也不容易，他们花费了他们的时间和精力甚至是安全，却只换回了少量的报酬。我们应当多理解一下他们并尊重他们。
