Something that I can’t live without is actually the treadmill which is the only giant machine for sports in my home.

一件我在生活中离不开的东西其实是跑步机，它是我家里唯一的一个用来做运动的巨型机器。

It is an item I got with discounts from the last Double Eleven online shopping event. This machine has different modes that allow me to do some running at various speeds. Also, it comes with a huge display between two handles to simulate the real outdoor running situation, which I think is pretty helpful. You know, it makes my running not that boring.

这是我在上个双十一网络购物节上打折买到的产品。这部机器有不同的模式，能够让我可以按照不同的速度跑步。另外，在两个把手直接还有一块巨大的屏幕，能够模拟真实的户外跑步场景。这让我觉得很有帮助。会让我觉得跑步不那么无聊。

Normally, I would use this machine for thirty minutes of running per day to keep fit as I can’t go outside quite often due to various reasons. Apart from that, this article is from Laokaoya website, I would also put my little corgi on that treadmill to help him lose some weight. You know, he was a bit nervous at the very beginning, but soon became quite accustomed to the running activity on this machine. So, it basically helped all the family members to improve our health conditions.

通常情况下，我会用这机器每天跑个三十分钟来保持健康。因为，出于各种原因，我无法经常外出跑步。除此之外，我会把我的小柯基放在跑步机上减减肥。起初，它还是有点胆怯的，但是不久就变得特别适应跑步机上的跑步运动了。所以，这台跑步机基本上提升了我们全家人的健康。

I guess the biggest reason why I feel that I can’t live without it is that this treadmill has helped me to form my own habit of running. If I can’t use it for just one day, my body would feel uncomfortable. So, I wish this machine can last forever.

我觉得我离不开它的最大原因就是这台跑步机已经帮助我形成了跑步的习惯。如果我一天不用它，我的身体就感到不舒服。所以，我希望这机器能够永远存在下去。
