Yes, I have seen a lot. At the moment, I am living in Luoyang, a city that has a history of more than 3000 years and used to serve as the capital of nine dynasties. There are numerous historical sites and relics here, and the government has poured tons of resources into their renovation and preservation to attract tourists and boost the economy.

I think the answer depends on their values. The urban population is soaring in many countries worldwide, and new migrants often struggle to find an affordable place to live in. This article is from Laokaoya website. It is unreasonable or humane to keep all the old buildings in the city center. We must demolish some of them that cannot serve as tourist attractions to make place for high-rise apartments to accommodate the new arrivals.
