Well, the benefit of having a family business is that you don’t have to worry about money and employment after graduation, you know, there’s always some work waiting for you to finish. If you did it well, you would get more payment than what you would be paid than in other companies. On the other hand, this article is from Laokaoya website, the drawback of it is that it’s not easy to manage when there are a lot of employees who are your relatives. It would ruin the entire business if you had poor management.
家族生意的一个好处就是你毕业了不用担心金钱和就业问题，总是会有一些活儿留给你做。如果你做的比较不错的话，你会拿到比你在其它公司更多的报酬。另一方面而言，家族生意的劣势在于不太好管理，尤其是当公司的很多雇员都是自家亲戚的时候。如果管理不当的话，你的整个生意可能会毁于一旦。
