剑桥雅思13听力第一套题目第一部分由10道表格填空题构成。但因为每个单元格内的内容都比较多，答案所在句子也比较长，因此并不怎么需要我们利用表头去定位，只要事先预测好空上所填内容，注意空前后修饰词即可。下面是每道题目的答案解析。

第1题答案：choose
对应原文：They focus on seasonal products, and as well as teaching you how to cook them, they also show you how to choose them
答案解析：听到seasonal products意识到答案即将到来。听力录音采用语序颠倒的手法，将题干中并列的两个词的顺序进行了调换，稍微有点考验短期记忆能力。
