How many hours are you asleep for every day?
I actually sleep less than 7 hours every day. Usually， I only got 6 hours to sleep. It’s not only because I’ve got a very busy schedule for the day, but also I feel that there’s more I could do before bed, for example, scrolling down the last minute Wechat moment page, and so on.
Is it necessary to take a nap every day?
It is very necessary for me to take a nap. Because I always feel exhausted if I get some non-stop work the whole day. Usually lying on the sofa for just 5 minutes will reinvigorate me.
Do old people sleep a lot? Why?
