Yes, quite a lot. I mainly use them for listening to music because the sound is much better than what I get from the speakers on my laptop or phone. With a good pair of headphones on, I can hear a lot more detail in the music, and it feels much more immersive.

I normally use noise-cancelling headphones. As a student, I sometimes need somewhere quiet to study, but that’s not always possible, especially if there are other people around. Noise cancellation helps block out some of the background noise, so it’s much easier for me to concentrate on what I’m doing.

I normally avoid wearing them when I go jogging. I know there are headphones designed specifically for exercise, but I personally find it uncomfortable to have something on my head while I’m running. They can also move around when I start sweating, so I’d rather just run without them.

我跑步的时候通常不会戴耳机。我知道有一些耳机是专门为运动设计的，但我个人不太喜欢跑步的时候头上还戴着东西。而且出汗之后耳机也可能会来回移动，所以我还是更愿意什么都不戴，直接跑步。
