《流浪地球》等科幻电影让越来越多的国内观众开始关注科幻和太空题材。不过，遇到这组Part 1问题并不意味着大家一定要掌握很多天文学知识。如果你本身对外太空不太感兴趣，完全可以直接表达自己的真实想法，再简单解释原因。下面，老烤鸭就结合具体问题给出一些参考答案。

Have you ever learnt about outer space and stars? 你有了解过外太空和星星吗？

Yes, a little. When I was in secondary school, I learned some basic things about space in subjects like geography and physics. For example, I learned how to find the North Star, what planets there are in our solar system, and roughly how fast a spacecraft needs to travel to escape Earth’s gravity. I wouldn’t say I know a lot about the subject, though.

有，了解过一些。上中学的时候，我在地理和物理等课程中学过一些关于太空的基础知识。比如，我学过怎么找到北极星、太阳系里有哪些行星，以及宇宙飞船大概要达到怎样的速度才能摆脱地球引力。不过，我不会说自己对这方面了解得特别多。

Do you like science fiction movies? Why? 你喜欢科幻电影吗？为什么？

Not really. I usually prefer action films or love stories. I know science fiction is supposed to be imaginative, but sometimes I find the plots a bit too unrealistic, and I tend to notice things that don’t really make sense in the story. Once that happens, it’s quite difficult for me to get into the film.

不太喜欢。我通常更喜欢动作片或者爱情片。我知道科幻电影本来就需要想象力，不过有时候我会觉得它们的情节有点过于不现实，而且我很容易注意到故事中一些不太说得通的地方。一旦开始注意这些问题，我就很难再完全投入到电影里面。

Not particularly. I’ve already got quite a lot to deal with at the moment, like my courses, extracurricular activities, and preparing for the IELTS test. This article is from Laokaoya website. By the time I’ve finished all of that, I don’t really have much energy left to learn about space, especially since it’s not something I’m particularly interested in.

Do you want to go into outer space in the future? 你未来想去外太空吗？

No, I don’t think so. I’m quite a cautious person, and space travel just sounds too risky for me. If something went wrong with the spacecraft, you obviously couldn’t just get off or ask someone for help. I’d much rather watch other people go into space from the safety of my home.

不，我觉得不会。我是一个比较谨慎的人，而太空旅行对我来说听起来风险实在太高了。如果宇宙飞船出了什么问题，你显然不可能直接下去，也很难马上找别人帮忙。所以相比自己去太空，我还是更愿意安全地待在家里看别人去。
