雅思口语Part1范文答案解析:running 跑步

Where do you usually go running? 你经常去哪里跑步呢?

There is a huge park near my home and I normally run in it. Its narrow, winding path is not as comfortable as those professional plastic tracks. But the beautiful sceneries are enough to compensate. Various flowers, trees, and bushes have been planted along the path, turning running into a sight-seeing tour.

Yes, I do. Running can not only help us lose weight, but also strengthens our heart and lungs. What’s more important is that unlike football or basketball, which are quite intensive, running almost suits everyone. If you are weak, jogging would be the best option. If you are strong, you can speed up and challenge your own record.

Yes, I do, but not too much. I prefer sports that involve more confrontations, like badminton or football, where I can feel the joy of victory and depression of being defeated. Running is not bad.
