雅思口语Part3: What kind of exercises do Chinese people like?
In China, we have a range of exercises that are favored by different people. As you might probably know, Taichi, which is a very traditional Chinese martial art, now turns out to be one of the most popular exercises in China. People, no matter young or old, must have picked up some in school or been taught by their senior family members. I think the movements of Taichi are awesome and it’s definitely a very healthy sports activity for everyone.
